UNISON is looking for enthusiastic, flexible and ingenious individuals to join our Policy team where you can play a key part in the formulation and development of UNISON policies, providing guidance and advice to the Board of the National Executive UNISON, the development of policy and Campaigns Committee, regions and branches. The post involves coordination / working in project teams and organizing campaigns throughout the Union, and the collection, analysis and dissemination of information. You will also act as a representative of UNISON to government departments and other external bodies. With experience in starting or organizing campaigns, you'll be a natural communicator with excellent presentation skills. You should have a good understanding of the policies and objectives of UNISON, along with the knowledge of the issues of the labor market.
